About Event

In 2020, the World Economic Forum quietly ran simulations of a coordinated worldwide digital collapse, a "cyberpandemic" they said would make COVID look like a small disturbance in comparison.

Since then, the warnings have only multiplied. In June 2024, Russian-linked hackers attacked Synnovis, the pathology provider for several of London's largest hospitals, causing blood stocks to run critically low, cancer surgeries to be postponed for months, and nearly a million patient records to be leaked online. Three years earlier, the same kind of attack shut down a key oil pipeline in the United States for six days, triggering fuel shortages and emergency declarations across seventeen states.

A pattern is becoming hard to ignore: our entire tech infrastructure balances on a couple of single points of failure. And if one of these failures becomes catastrophic and countries find themselves out of energy, or cut off from the networks that move their food, money, and medicine, most people will discover they don't know how to feed themselves, warm themselves, or find their way home without a screen telling them how.

Join us for an afternoon where we share what we learned after 8 months on horseback, and how to start preparing now.
