SHE BUILDS- TUM

​SHE BUILDS-TUM is a welcoming, high-energy gathering created to open doors for women at TUM and make the tech space feel more accessible from the very first conversation. If jargon, unfamiliar spaces, or the idea of “not being technical enough” has ever felt intimidating, this event is designed to replace that with real stories, practical guidance, and a clear path forward.

​Attendees will also get dignity kits, because supporting women means meeting real needs too. Alongside that, there will be insights into boot camps, fellowships, internships, scholarships, and tech groups to join right away, plus inspiring talks from women who started with no tech background and found their way in. It’s an exciting step toward making TUM TIS a truly gender-inclusive space and creating a model that can be repeated and grown in the semesters ahead.
