But surprisingly similar is where we came from - corporate leadership - and the ambition to create something that is truly ours, that reflects who we have become. A life we are designing for the decades to come.

​Your host: Hester Spiegel transitioned from senior corporate leadership (PwC, Deutsche Bank) to becoming a successful entrepreneur and investor. As co-founder of Epic Angels and author of 'Thinking Big and Small: a Guide to Activating your Entrepreneurial Mindset', she has guided dozens of founders through the early stages and invested herself in 40+ startups. She knows exactly what it takes to move from 'Corporate' to 'Founder' and what is takes to build a successful, commercially sustainable venture.
