Report any unsafe or inappropriate behaviour you witness or experience.

Unacceptable Behaviour

Harassment and inappropriate behaviour include, but are not limited to:

Offensive comments or jokes related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, religion, or any personal characteristic.

Unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.

Intimidation, stalking, or deliberate disruption of talks or activities.

Taking photographs or recordings without consent.

Displaying sexual imagery in public spaces, presentations, or digital channels.

Partners creating sexualised environments through clothing, imagery, or behaviour.

Participants, speakers, or partners who are asked to stop harassing or inappropriate behaviour must comply immediately.

Consequences

Participants who engage in harassing or inappropriate behaviour may face actions including:

A warning from organisers.

Removal from the event without refund.

Reporting to authorities if necessary.

Our goal is to protect everyone and maintain a safe, productive, and inclusive environment.

If you experience or witness harassment or inappropriate behaviour:

Speak up if you feel safe.

Contact the organisers immediately.

Reporting helps us prevent further issues and ensures we can take proper action.
