Upcycle Your Jewelry
Do you have earrings collecting dust in your jewelry box? A bracelect with a treasured charm that's just not quite your style anymore? Don't trash it—upcycle it!
Join us for a therapeutic evening of upcycling found metal and objects into jewelry with Sayo from @needsaiii!
They will dive into jewelry making ideas, techniques, transforming plastic waste and found metal as charms before leaving you to jewelry-make away—with hands on support as needed!
Leave the workshop with one-of-a-kind jewelry and the know-how to continue exploring.
This class is designed for beginners—so all are welcomed! Materials/tools included.
Please bring in any jewelry you would like to take apart and use, as well as any scrap—beads, charms, plastic bottles, caps, strings, nets, pop tabs, etc—more the merrier! If we don’t end up using it, it can be repurposed for future workshops!

Our new studio is just around the corner at 21-07 41st Avenue. When you get to the building, please scan the QR code on the door and find The Collaboratory in the directory to be buzzed in.
Once inside, you can take the elevator to Floor 2 and find us in Studio #213.
MASK REMINDER
The Collaboratory is a *Masks Required* space. 😷 We also run two air filters/purifiers during our gatherings. If you don't arrive with a mask, don't worry—we'll have them available at the door.

REFUND POLICY
At this time the QNSC is unable to issue refunds except on a case by case basis. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, tickets can be transferred to another person at the buyer's arrangement.
