Lakshmi Baskaran is the Senior Director of Engineering at Microsoft, where she specializes in scaling mission-critical platforms in the age of AI. A global technology leader and entrepreneur, Lakshmi specializes in scaling mission-critical platforms and building high-impact engineering organizations across three continents. Beyond her corporate leadership, she is an active angel investor and industry speaker who frequently shares her expertise on AI-driven innovation and leadership via Medium and LinkedIn.

Tina Goyal is the VP of Engineering at Maple, where she focuses on advancing Canada’s healthcare system through technology. With over 20 years of experience, including her recent role as VP of Engineering at Wave, Tina excels at leading transformations and building inclusive, high-performing cultures. She is an expert in platform modernization, AI integration, and scaling resilient organizations that align engineering strategy with business growth.

Dileshni Jayasinghe is the VP of Technology at commonsku, bringing 15+ years of experience across startups, VC-backed, and public software companies. Formerly at PagerDuty, she led the automation product line through their Series D to IPO. Dileshni specializes in building customer-centric engineering cultures and, outside of tech, is an avid ball hockey player and scuba diver.

Dan Sadler is the VP of Engineering at Rootly ai, where he leads high-performing technical teams. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, Dan has a proven track record of scaling engineering organizations at Maker AI and Ada. A Raw Signal Group-certified leader, he combines technical excellence with a diverse background in operations and the music industry.
