Our Dear Futures: A Collaborative Workshop
In what ways might sustainable decolonial futures be felt, lived and embodied through a collective process of imagining?
In this workshop, you'll draw a word, a colour and an emotion at random, and follow where they lead. Through drawing, writing, collaging and conversing, these unexpected pairings become starting points for memory, questioning, and imagining futures we have yet to be taught to picture.
Working alone or alongside others, everyone's contributions come together into a collective fanzine, a small publication that carries the process into its pages for continued conversation and reflection.
No previous knowledge of sustainability or decolonial thinking is required, just bring along your curiosity.
Feel free to drop in at any point, and stay as long as you would like to.
Participation is free, and the workshop is conducted in English, with live German translation available.
Facilitators: Pluriversal Space, Leipzig (Filipa, Jordan and Al)
