Speaker Bios
Jay Jabari Jenkins is a concept art student from ArtCenter College of Design. Writer and technical producer of AI microdramas.
Sophia Xing is the CEO of Plot Party, an agentic platform for creating AI-native and hybrid AI microdramas. Plot Party helps studios and platforms produce microdramas with greater speed and control, as well as setting up distribution and advertising opportunities.
Crystal Martinez is the Founder and CEO of Nexplot Studios, an AI-native vertical short drama studio based in Los Angeles. She previously led development at aTwist/MicroCo and held roles at ReelShort and DramaBox (Disney Accelerator), developing franchises that have surpassed a billion combined views. Her work spans creative development, format mechanics, and production at scale.
Noe Garcia is Co-Founder of Nexplot Studios, where he leads data and market intelligence, tracking performance trends and the drivers of success across the vertical short drama space. He brings over a decade of systems engineering and program management experience from Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, where he led multidisciplinary teams and specialized in performance analytics, risk modeling, and data-driven decision-making. At Nexplot, he applies that analytical rigor to decoding what makes short-form drama work.
