JOIN 24-Hour Creator Challenge - Are You Ready?
The countdown is on!
JOIN Entertainment is excited to welcome creators to the JOIN 24 Hour Creators Challenge — a high-energy creative sprint and launchpad for the next generation of Vertical Video storytellers.
On Monday, May 25, 2026 (1pm – 5pm), creators will gather at Canvas & Code Gallery: 624 King Street West | Suite 300, Toronto to officially register and unlock five surprise content categories inspired by the City of Toronto.
Whether entering as an individual or a team, participants will have just 24 hours to conceptualize, produce, and post an original vertical video pitch (up to 90 seconds).
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Arrive at Canvas & Code Gallery between 1pm and 5pm
• Be welcomed by the JOIN Team
• Discover and choose from five surprise content categories revealed that day for a fair creative start
• Sign into the JOIN 24 Hour portal
• Start your 24-hour creative countdown and bring your vision to life!
Winning entries will be selected through:
• An expert jury of leaders in tech, media, and digital content creation
• Fan engagement, with audience likes helping determine Fan Favorite awards.
The top three creators in each category will receive sponsored prizes.
One overall Grand Prize winner will earn a production deal with JOIN Entertainment to develop their concept into a full Vertical Video Series.
Winners will be announced on May 29, 2026 during the official Toronto Tech Week / JOIN Awards & Event Night.
