Nature & Networks: Collaborative drawing workshop

​Nature and Networks is a participatory data visualisation workshop that explores how collaborative drawing strategies can embody, interpret, and imagine the living behaviours of mycelium networks.

​During the workshop, there will be a short presentation on mycelium, followed by an opportunity for participants to individually imagine and reflect on mycelium networks through a guided quantitative data and drawing exercise. We will then focus on drawing collaboratively, adapting together to rule-based conditions that explore the movement and connectivity of the mycelium network.

​This event is for a general audience; no prior knowledge about data visualisation or mycelium is needed. We will learn together and bring our own interpretations and imagination to the topic.
