Beyond the Prompt brings together AI filmmakers and digital artists from around the world for an evening of cinematic discovery, cultural exchange, and creative conversation in Lisbon.
Through a curated selection of AI short films, we invite audiences to explore not just what artificial intelligence can create, but who is creating with it, why they create, and how their cultural backgrounds influence the worlds they bring to life.
From different countries, artistic disciplines, and cultural perspectives, these creators are redefining the language of contemporary filmmaking — challenging conventions, experimenting with new aesthetics, and opening possibilities beyond traditional production.

PART 02 — TECHNO VISION
Hybrid Filmmaking Showcase & Finalist Competition
Where techno music, filmmaking, and AI collide.
Following Techno Vision, an international AI film open call organized by Solizone in collaboration with School of Techno in Milan, we’re bringing its 10 finalists to Lisbon for a special screening and live audience voting experience.
Special Showcase — The Oracle of the Slow Time
Quist, founder of Solizone, originally from Hong Kong, will present The Oracle of the Slow Time, an experimental music video created in collaboration with Urban Dancing Prophets and School of Techno in Milan.
Combining live-action filmmaking, dance performance, and AI-powered visual transformation, the project explores new possibilities in hybrid filmmaking.
Quist will also share a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process and production workflow, revealing how real-world footage can be transformed into imaginative cinematic worlds through AI.
Techno Vision — Finalist Screening & Audience Voting
Discover the films of the 10 Techno Vision finalists, each interpreting techno music through their own artistic vision and AI filmmaking techniques.
After the screenings, the audience will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite Techno Vision finalist.
