About Event

This session, led by Sadaffe Abid, Founder and CEO of CIRCLE Women Association, will examine the intersection of innovation, leadership, and technology in advancing women’s economic empowerment.

Using CIRCLE’s work in Pakistan as a case study, the discussion aims to outline practical approaches to developing scalable, AI-driven platforms that support women’s participation in the digital economy. It will include an overview of CIRCLE’s AI-enabled chatbot “Baji” and digital literacy programs, which have provided skills, confidence, and financial tools to tens of thousands of women across Pakistan and other emerging markets.

The session aims to provide participants with insights into how purposeful leadership and strategic innovation can translate into measurable impact, highlighting the role of business principles in promoting gender equity, digital inclusion, and sustainable growth in emerging economies.

This event is kindly organized and supported by the Oxford Entrepreneurs and the Oxford Founders Society.
