​Step into Galentine’s weekend with Vancouver women in tech as we gather around truffles, shared boards, and plenty of laughter.

​This evening is about treating yourself, feeling energized, and being celebrated by other gals in the tech world.

​Expect an easygoing, genuinely fun evening where you can connect with new faces, reconnect with familiar ones, and be alongside women+ who are pouring their hearts into building careers, companies, and lives in Vancouver.

​Come as you are, rock pink, purple, or red 🩷💜♥️ if you’re feeling the love theme, totally optional! Bring something you love to share, and leave a little more nourished than you arrived.

​🍫 Boards Style

​Bring items to either fill the savory board (charcuterie, cheeses, dips, crackers, breads, fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds) or the sweets board (chocolates, truffles, pastries, cookies, macarons, bonbons, or other desserts). Homemade or store-bought are both welcome.

​We’ll have a microwave and small fridge on-site. No oven or freezer, so plan something easy to warm or serve chilled.

​And utensils, a mason jar works great too! We’ll have extras, but this helps us stay low-waste and eco-conscious.

​🥂 Dry Gathering

​Our beautiful venue doesn’t allow alcohol, but trust us, the energy and connections will leave you feeling bubbly.

​Final address will be shared upon confirmation. Parking is limited in the area, so transit, carpool, or rideshare is encouraged.

​A lot of care goes into planning every Thread event. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact hosts, venue partners, and the quality of our gatherings.

​If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance so another person can take your spot.

​We track no shows and prioritize guests who consistently honor this code.
