Event Management on Autopilot
Running events is a full-time job. Chasing RSVPs, manually vetting attendees, briefing your team - it adds up fast. Most event organizers need a full team to pull that off. The last 300-person event I ran, it was just me and an agent - and I'll show you how to build it.
Max (Gumloop CEO) is speaking at Toronto Tech Week this year. We wanted to do more than show up - so we're running a session for the people actually making the week happen: the organizers, community builders, and operators behind the events.
In 45 minutes, we'll build it together from scratch. Here's what it does:
Auto-enrich every registrant with their company, role, and background
Log everything to a Google Sheet automatically
Bulk-accept or decline guests based on their fit
Generate a pre-event brief for your hiring, sales and CS team so everyone knows who's walking in before doors open
You'll leave with a working agent you built yourself, and free credits to keep going.
