📚A reading club with no assigned reading, no pressure, and no screens! At Kits Beach! BRING YOUR OWN BOOK (BYOB)!
Optional: This time, we'd love if you brought books that you're finished with and wanna pass off to someone in the group! Let's keep the books flowing instead of collecting dust on your shelf!
What to bring:
📖 A book, poetry, kindle, comic, or anything else.
🫔 Your own blanket, cushion, or anything else cozy to get comfy on - a bigger blanket is better since we’ll all be sharing :)
Schedule:
6:30 – 6:45pm | Settle in & find your spot on the sand
6:45 – 7:30pm | 45min silent beach reading (hard start at 6:45, if you arrive late, join us but find a spot to read quietly until the break)
7:30 – 8:00pm | Book chat - show & tell. Tell us your fav quote, why you love this author, how you like the story so far, why you love/hate this book, or anything else you want to share! Like english class with no grades, no pressure and a book you actually want to read! :D
8:00 – 9:00pm | Wind down, keep chatting about your book or keep reading into the sunset
