TVG is hosting Realm Alliance, an Austin-based AI platform that predicts equipment failures and unsafe behavior to protect critical industrial operations.

Eugene Marinelli is the Co-Founder and CEO of Realm Alliance. Previously, he co-founded Blend, a lending platform that processes billions in loans daily, serving as CTO and helping scale the company to a $1B+ valuation and a NYSE IPO. Before that, he was a software engineer at Palantir and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon. Eugene is also an active angel investor and a Forbes 30 Under 30 alumnus.
