Join Brewery Nic Sandery from Molly Rose and Distiller Hamish Nugent from Reed & Co. Distillery around a table at Molly Rose for a Sunday lunch filled with sipping, chewing and chatter.
A rare treat, Hamish will be bringing along their handcrafted Koji range of spirits from Bright to pair with a beautifully designed lunch, while Nic pours limited-edition Molly Rose beers.

Crudo - Nannygai sashimi with spring peas, burnt onion, pickled & bronze fennel
Meatballs - Duck Meatballs with smoked soy egg yolk, potato & onion crumb

Short Rib - Shio koji–marinated rib with port & veal jus, cauliflower
Potatoes - Wagyu fat chips with MoRo salt
Cabbage - Slaw of pickled kohlrabi & carrot, ginger dressing, pomegranate molasses

Chocolate - Shio koji mousse with malted milk & barley crumble, smoked chilli oil, poached strawberries
