Over his 20+ years in digital, he has led more than 600 commerce and digital experience projects across 40+ markets, spanning B2B, B2B2C, and B2C. His work sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology platforms, and customer experience, helping brands navigate the shift from traditional agency models to platform‑driven, agile commerce.
