​​​Do I need to be an experienced runner?
No! We keep a conversational pace suitable for all levels. Whilst we appreciate this is different for everyone, typically it means we run the route in 30 minutes.

​​​What if it rains?
The run will end at a cafe. It never rains on a Tuesday morning 🌞

​​​Can I bring colleagues?
Absolutely-please share this event with others attending the event.
