Racism in LLMs: What's the way forward?
The AI Collective Institute x ASF
Large language models are increasingly shaping how people learn, work, and make decisions, but deep under, many of them hide much more than the eye can see....
From biased training data and stereotyping to discriminatory outcomes in hiring, housing, healthcare, education, and policing, today’s AI systems can reinforce existing inequities while appearing “neutral.”
Join The AI Collective Institute and American Security Foundation (ASF) for a timely panel conversation on the current issue of underlying racism in LLM's, the national defense impacts, the narratives AI can entrench, and the practical steps communities, policymakers, technologists, and everyday users can take to reduce risk and demand better.
Come ready for a grounded, candid conversation about what it will take to build AI that serves everyone.
