AI, Productivity, and the Human Limit: What the Data (and Operators) Actually Show
AI promises efficiency — but many teams feel more stretched than ever.
In this session, we cut through productivity hype and talk honestly about what changes and what doesn’t when AI enters everyday work. From focus and collaboration to recovery and burnout, we’ll explore why there’s no single definition of high performance — and why copying what “top performers” do often backfires.
This is a practical conversation for leaders designing work in distributed teams who want productivity that’s sustainable, human, and fit for the real limits of people.
