People Analytics for Smarter Workforce Decisions: Hands-on Workshop for HR Leaders
Event Background & Context
The next frontier of HR analytics is strategic, predictive, and scenario-based insights that directly connect workforce decisions to commercial outcomes.
Organizations that can quantify the impact of HR interventions on business performance gain a significant advantage. However, many HR professionals struggle to translate complex people data into actionable strategies that resonate with board-level stakeholders. With the advent of Generative AI and advanced analytics tools, there is an unprecedented opportunity to generate insights more quickly, model multiple scenarios, and present data-driven recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.
This workshop is organized by TeamLease Digital & supported by Xobin. By the end of this session, participants will be able to construct a data-driven business case, demonstrating the tangible value of HR interventions, and communicate these insights confidently to executive leadership. The programme is ideal for HR leaders, business partners, and analytics professionals who aspire to become strategic enablers of organizational performance.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
Frame a commercial question as “Y = business metric” and select appropriate workforce drivers (X variables).
Execute advanced techniques in Excel / ChatGPT (logistic regression, Monte Carlo, etc.) to quantify risk ranges for cost and service levels.
Use advanced techniques to calculate the "Net Benefit" of HR interventions, such as upskilling versus external hiring.
Synthesise findings into a board-ready “People & Value” pack (executive summary + exhibits).
