COP31 Carbon Removal Social
An evening of craft beer, food, music, and conversation with the carbon removal community. No need to eat dinner beforehand! 🍻
Join Think Negative and Aircapture in Antalya’s historic old town for a chance to unwind during COP31, meet new people, and taste Flow – Clean Air Edition, created by Almanac Beer Co. and Aircapture.
At Almanac’s brewery in Alameda, California, Aircapture’s direct air capture system pulls CO₂ from the atmosphere, purifies it to beverage-grade quality, and supplies it directly to the brewing process. The result is a beer carbonated with atmospheric CO₂ and we’re bringing it to COP31 for you to try.
Meet the Aircapture team, hear the story behind the beer, and chat about what it takes to bring direct air capture into everyday industries. Whether you work in climate policy, build carbon removal projects, invest in new technologies, or are simply curious, there will be plenty to talk about over a drink.
