About Event

Want to reach more people in 2026? The work starts now.

Hosts and community leaders are planning their 2026 seasons and events, and your name could be on their roster. What you need is a pitch: a heartfelt, strategic message that shares your unique angle and shows what you have to offer with both relatability and authority.

🌟 So, What's A Pitch Party?

You'll join fellow therapists, healers, and heart-centered entrepreneurs for a 90-minute live, get-it-together workshop where you’ll uncover your unique angle and craft (and actually send!) your next authentic pitch.

You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and tools to keep pitching beyond the workshop.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Who Is This Workshop For?

  • Therapists, healers, wellness pros, and any heart-centered business owners who want to be more visible in 2026.

  • Anyone who’d love to be a guest on podcasts 🎙️, panels, or in publications that serve your ideal clients, or to guest-teach in aligned communities.

  • Beginners who’ve never pitched before and want step-by-step guidance.

  • Folks who’ve pitched before but want to refine their approach and work smarter, not harder.

  • People who know that co-working energy brings out their best ideas and inspiration.

📝 What Will We Do?

Pitch Party is a focused, supportive 90-minute container where you’ll:

  • Find 2-3 unique angles, the conversations that only you can bring.

  • Learn My 5-Step Authentic Pitch Process so you can pitch podcasts or other opportunities where it’s a win-win for all parties.

  • Use my Pitch Blueprint to draft your pitch step by step, weaving in your own voice and credibility markers.

  • Have opportunities for 1:1 hot-seat-style coaching and group feedback so your pitch feels clear and compelling.

🌳 How Much Does It Cost? Equity Pricing

Equity pricing means you choose the tier that best reflects your current resources and lived experience. No verification required; choose the option that feels right for you.

🌱 Equity Tier: $17
For those with limited resources who would otherwise be unable to join. This tier also welcomes People of the Global Majority (including Black, Brown, Indigenous, and AAPI), regardless of income, in acknowledgment of systemic inequities and barriers to access.

🌿 Standard Tier: $37
For those who are able to meet their needs and purchase this without strain, but without extra to redistribute.

🌳 Supporter Tier: $57
For those with financial stability, abundance, and/or generational wealth who wish to help make this workshop sustainable and accessible for others.

💌 Want to sponsor someone’s ticket? Let me know. Your support helps someone else join.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. If you can’t attend live, you’ll still receive the replay and materials.

📌 How Should I Prepare?

We won’t be doing the research DURING Pitch Party (scrolling through podcasts or publications takes time!). Instead, you can:
⭐ Come prepared with 2–3 podcasts, publications, people, or communities you’d like to pitch (recommended).
Or, draft your pitch during the workshop and adapt it later once you’ve done your research.

To help you research: Once you register, you'll get immediate access to the worksheet: Pitch with Purpose: How to Find Aligned Podcasts, Communities, and Collabs.

This worksheet will help you brainstorm who to pitch, weigh your options based on comfort, goals, and values, and narrow down your 2–3 top choices to bring to the Pitch Party.

👋🏼 Who’s Hosting Pitch Party?

Hi, I’m Arianna Smith, LPC (she/her). I’m an IFS Certified Therapist, conversion copywriter, and queer, witchy, neurodivergent soul who is never without her tarot deck.

After pitching myself onto 20+ aligned podcasts, here are the three truths I want you to know before your first (or next) pitch:
1️⃣ Quality over quantity. Speaking to an aligned audience is more important than being in all the places.
2️⃣ You don’t need to be an extrovert to be impactful. Hosts want all types of voices and perspectives.
3️⃣ Your voice matters. You underestimate the value of your knowledge, perspective, and presence.

From super niche shows to broader business podcasts, pitching has changed my business for the better. Each appearance has created ripple effects: client leads, list growth, teaching invitations, repeat appearances, and meaningful new relationships. Aligned appearances have also resulted in more purpose, clarity, growth, and fun.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve never been on a podcast/summit/panel before. Is this for me?
Yes! Everyone starts with their first pitch. This workshop is designed to guide you step by step so you can build confidence and actually send that first pitch with support.

I’ve already been on podcasts. Is this for me?
It depends. If you’re looking to refine your approach, get live coaching, or tap into group wisdom, Pitch Party is a fit. But if you already have a solid process, are booking the opportunities you want, or don't need a new angle, you might skip this one.

I’m not interested in being on a ton of podcasts. How will this help me?
Pitching is really about opening yourself up to collaboration and visibility. A pitch could mean guest speaking in a community, co-hosting an event, doing a newsletter swap, or any opportunity where you put your work in front of new people. Pitch Party gives you a process you can adapt for all these kinds of collaborations.

How much benefit will I get if I just roll up with no prep?
If you simply show up with a willingness to give it a try, you’ll walk away with new ideas, a draft pitch you can refine later, or tools to apply once you have the dedicated time. Of course, if you do a little prep ahead of time, you may get further on the call, but either way, you’ll leave feeling that you got some benefit from being there.

Will I really leave with something ready to pitch?
Yes. By the end of our 90 minutes, you’ll have a draft pitch and at least 2–3 unique angles. Most participants are surprised by how quickly it comes together with a simple framework and real-time support (and a deadline to get it done!)

How much 1:1 and group feedback will I get?
During the workshop, we’ll do a lottery drawing for 2–3 participants to receive live, 1:1 coaching from me, and everyone will have the chance to learn from those coaching moments. You’ll also spend time in small groups, where you can share your pitch and receive supportive peer feedback. If you’d like more personalized support afterward, I’ll share ways we can work together 1:1.

It feels vulnerable for me to share my pitch. Do I have to share it with others?
Not at all. Many people feel vulnerable when they’re in the early stages of pitching. That’s exactly why I created Pitch Party. Even if you’re not comfortable sharing, you’ll benefit from seeing other participants’ pitches and feedback, which often sparks ideas and helps you craft compelling pitches when you’re ready.

How do I decide who to pitch?
You don’t have to know exactly who you’re pitching before the workshop. If you already have 2–3 podcasts, communities, or newsletters in mind, bring them. If not, all good. You’ll receive resources in your Pitch Kit that will help you find aligned places to pitch after the workshop.

Can’t I just send a quick email to pitch myself?
You can, but I'm guessing the places you want to be require a bit more thought and preparation. A process helps you be succinct, specific, and authentic so you pitch in a way that feels aligned, grows your visibility, and builds authority in your niche.

Can you guarantee that my pitch will be accepted?
No. Even great pitches get declined. Hosts may not be accepting guests, their roster may be full, or your topic may duplicate what they’ve covered. What you can count on is leaving with a pitch you’re proud to send, and resources to repurpose it as authority content.

What if my pitch gets rejected or ghosted?
Rejection happens to everyone, and ghosting is common, too. It's not personal. You’ll learn how to track pitches so you know what to follow up on and when to let go or repurpose.

Do I need to come with podcasts/speaking appearances already picked out?
Recommended but not required. Bring 2–3 you’d love to pitch, or adapt your pitch later once you’ve chosen where to send it.

What if I can’t attend live?
You’ll receive the replay within 48 hours, along with the Pitch Kit, so you can move through the process at your own pace.

I have other questions. How can I reach you?
If you have any additional questions, please email me at [email protected].
