​This is an action-oriented workshop. You will work through exercises and leave with a draft People Journey / People Roadmap tailored to your company, covering the four key stages of the employee lifecycle:

Build an onboarding experience that creates alignment and momentum from day one.​Performance & Career (Ladders & Compensation):
Map performance signals, feedback loops, growth paths, and compensation principles that hold up as you scale.​Growth & L&D (Learning as a Scale-up Force):
Design a learning path that matches your company’s speed — so capability grows alongside the business.​Healthy Exit (Off-boarding with Integrity):
Create an off-boarding process built on clarity and respect, protecting the team and your employer brand.
​You’ll leave with: a structured People Journey draft you can refine and roll out internally.
