​Agents of Change is Boston's free half-day summit for founders, funders, and allies who believe that a more equitable startup ecosystem is good for everyone.

​Since 2022, we've brought together the people doing the work — through honest table discussions, high-impact networking, and a fireside chat that cuts to what matters. We always fill up fast.

​This isn't a women's conference. It's not a DEI checkbox. It's a room full of people who believe diversity of thought and opportunity drives economic growth — and want to do something about it.
