​Sara Ben-Shams Augensen has a long career and first hand experience supporting people in challenging life situations, developing recruitment and employer branding strategies.

Her career path hasn’t followed a straight line, it has evolved through a mix of competence, chance, and courageous choices. She has learned how to apply her full skillset across different roles and how growth happens when stepping outside the comfort zone.

​In her talk, she will share reflections on:

• ​The power of combining chance with strategic decisions

• ​How to bring your whole self (knowledge, experience, and personal qualities) into your career journey
