Entrepreneurship as a Mindset | Entrepreneurship Workshop Series
Entrepreneurship is often described as a set of skills—but in practice, it’s a way of thinking, responding, and learning in uncertain situations. This 90-minute workshop reframes entrepreneurship as a mindset that supports confidence, adaptability, and opportunity spotting across careers, projects, and life.
Rather than focusing on business plans or startups, this session explores the inner work that helps people move from hesitation to action. Participants will reflect on common limiting beliefs, learn how entrepreneurial thinking reframes challenges, and practice seeing uncertainty as something to navigate rather than avoid.
The workshop introduces the 6C’s framework as a set of horizontal capabilities—such as critical thinking, communication, creativity, and character—that help individuals show up with greater clarity and resilience, whether they’re building a venture, leading a project, or navigating early career decisions.
You’ll explore:
Core foundations of an entrepreneurial mindset
Common limiting thoughts—and how to reframe them
Opportunity spotting as a learnable practice
How the 6C’s support confidence, adaptability, and action
Practical ways to apply mindset shifts beyond entrepreneurship
✏️ Interactive Activity: Mindset Shift Worksheet
Participants will work through a guided reflection to:
Identify a current challenge or uncertainty
Surface assumptions or limiting narratives
Practice reframing the situation using entrepreneurial thinking
Takeaway:
A practical mindset tool participants can reuse when facing uncertainty, setbacks, or new opportunities.
