​We started in 2020 where founder Grace Ling was a student just wanted to learn design and land a UX design job! She was bored during covid and made our Discord server. Then 100K people joined, it helped her land her UX design job, along with helping thousands of other designers land jobs, too!

​Since then, we've gathered tens of thousands of designers for events (IRL) and hosted events in 10 countries across 4 continents.

​We also have reoccurring feedback fridays every friday on Discord hosted by Tim Gailey and Nate Bauer!!

​We've also built courses and products. From CoCreate, Fluffle, to now Hop, our new design mentorship & coaching platform. Which you should sign up for the waitlist to be a founding mentor or mentee. We let in people from the waitlist every day!
