No panels, no pitches, no awkward networking. Just 10–12 people around one table for drinks or dinner, honest introductions, and practical conversations about what’s working, what’s stuck, and how we can help each other grow.

Applications are reviewed individually. We prioritize people currently building or operating, so the room stays relevant and useful.
