Max Wesman
Max is a B2B software Founder and Exec with experience building and scaling products across HRTech and FinTech startups, including leadership roles at GoodHire, Checkr, and Relay Financial. His work focuses on turning complex operational problems into high-impact, user-centric solutions. He recently transitioned into a PM/GM role in Dropbox’s New Initiatives group, building AI-powered solutions to enhance project execution. As a new “Super IC,” he is experimenting with ways to drive individual impact while operating at leadership altitude.
Shireen Brathwaite
Shireen Brathwaite is a product leader, AI tool builder, and former engineer who has spent her career translating complex technology into mission-driven products. Her background spans product leadership in FinTech, Climate Tech (solar design tools), and Education Tech (competency-based learning). Most recently, she led Product for Square Reporting, helping merchants run and grow their businesses with data insights. Shireen brings a rare combination of AI fluency, portfolio-level platform & product thinking, and human-centered product design skill to the teams she leads.
Michael: Michael Rosenthal is a product leader with 15+ years building and scaling fintech, SaaS, and consumer products, often as the first product hire or a founder. His work focuses on turning ambiguous, high-stakes problems like lending, financial decisioning, and customer engagement into products that drive measurable outcomes. Operating frequently as a strategic IC, Michael has owned both vision and execution end-to-end, often without the support of large org structures. Now at Peach Finance, he is building AI-driven capabilities for loan management and exploring how to deliver leadership-level impact as a senior individual contributor.
