The morning starts with open networking and a practical level-set on the four layers of AI every business eventually hits: Security, Platform, Model, and Data. From there, a handful of attendees bring their real challenges to the room for open Q&A, so everyone understands what people are actually dealing with before the afternoon begins.

You'll be placed in a small group with 4 to 6 other business owners working through similar challenges, built from your application before you walk in the door. Rotating through those groups all afternoon is a team of 4 to 5 AI practitioners with real implementation experience. These aren't consultants with a slide deck. They're people who build AI-powered solutions for business operations, and they're there to help your group get from problem to plan. You leave with your group's thinking, a room's worth of ideas on challenges close to yours, and a clearer picture of your next move.
