Background

Industry 4.0 is reshaping how organisations operate, compete and grow. Automation, AI, analytics and connected systems are redefining work, roles, skills and culture at every level. In this context, HR is no longer just a support function - it is the architect of transformation and the bridge between technology, business and people.
