Layer 2 working group (Americas 17:00 UTC)

​Meeting of the Layer 2 working group, scheduled at 17:00 UTC on the third Wednesday of every month to accomodate North/South American timezones.
 
The working group also meets at 12:00 UTC on the first Wednesday of every month to accomodate European/Asian timezones.
