​my work is guided by one question i ask myself every year: “what’s the hardest thing you can do?”

​i write the answer in my journal and then i do it.

​that question has led me to these achievements :

• ​2020: graduated with a first class degree in sociology, won an award for best dissertation, and began my master’s

• ​2021: began a phd in creative writing, launched a podcast called 'story story'.

• ​2022: received a £30,000 grant for my play protests, hymns & caskets

• ​2023: created an ep and performed songs bless the memory at soho house and the v&a museum

• ​2024: produced and directed record found here, a short film celebrating nigerian women’s untold stories which was shortlisted for film’s africa best short award and screened globally

• ​2025: became a storytelling consultant and worked with companies, brands, and artists (amazon, mckinsey, this is us).

​this year, my focus is simple: helping others move from idea to execution with clarity and ease through 'story story school' (a 6 week creative incubator)
