Brittany Fox is a Tech founder, Marketing strategist, and digital transformation leader, with a background in high-impact consulting and marketing in Sydney. Seeing directly from her clients the pain of visibility as the customer experience grows, she is building Nevam: the command centre of Marketing as a CX digital twin.

Meredyth Dale-Ganda is Head of Strategy at Digitas, partnering with clients to take a holistic view on their business and connecting customer needs to business value-drivers. As a strategy, innovation and design leader, she loves nothing more than solving complex challenges for organisations at the cusp of change - and bringing solutions to life through purposeful CX at scale.

Ahmad Salim is a senior business leader & creative strategy advisor at Deloitte Digital with extensive experience in business, marketing, creative and customer growth strategy.
He has a track record of delivering strategic interventions and accelerating meaningful change for a variety of businesses and government organisations.

Facilitator Carl Sarney is a brand, comms and CX strategist rolled into one. His knowledge and intuition draws on 20 years and tens of thousands of hours closely observing how people react to new ideas and experiences.
