Biotech Connection Los Angeles (BCLA), in collaboration with Women In Bio-Los Angeles (WIB-LA), is hosting an evening of high-impact speed networking designed for early-career scientists and graduate students seeking to enter the biotechnology industry. Mentors from WIB - including experienced researchers and professionals from the business side of biotech - will share their expertise, address career-related questions, and provide practical guidance through a dynamic, fast-paced format.

​During the event, mentees will rotate among mentor “stations” at timed intervals, allowing participants to engage with a diverse range of perspectives and career paths. Following the speed mentoring session, attendees will have the opportunity to continue conversations with mentors and peers during a networking reception with light refreshments. This event is designed to cultivate a supportive and inclusive community, empowering the next generation of biotechnology professionals to build meaningful connections and advance their careers.
