Description
Would you like dedicated time to make real progress on your professional or personal projects/ideas, with the help of frontier AI tools such as Claude? You've come to the right place.
With in-person presence from Anthropic, ETH AI Center & ETH AI Club are organizing the 1-day Anthropic-ETH AI Sprint: teams of ETH Zurich members (students & staff) will use AI tools to advance on their professional or personal projects ($150 Claude API Credits per participant provided). Share best practices, win prizes, and enjoy a day of focused work.
Example ideas
Example sprint project ideas (part of the application) include:
side projects and partial ideas: pursue those ideas that you never seem to have time for.
future work: published/found a research paper with an unresolved Future Work section? Make progress on those incomplete promises.
vibe-coded personal research tools: a browser extension to categorize your open tabs of arXiv papers; a workflow for turning papers into interactive blog posts; …
open source projects: e.g., Swiss-AI/Apertus or ETH AI Club's Kayba.ai (2k GH ⭐) can use your help! Fix their issues & build extensions.
AI Assistant++: develop innovative extensions for your OpenClaw/Hermes/... assistant.
from scratch: start from 0 with a novel idea. Make sure to do your research to not reinvent the wheel!

Selection
Preference is given to applicants, as follows:
teams of 2-4 preferred over individuals (optimal: 2)
ETH AI Center Faculty, Fellows, Associated PhD students & PostDocs, Staff: listed on https://ai.ethz.ch/about-us/people.html
ETH AI Club Projects & Members (also sign up on https://www.ethaiclub.org/)
All else equal, earlier signups will be given priority
