Rethinking Identity, Meaning, and Work in the Age of AI
If AI can do my job, who am I?
The work you built your identity around is changing faster than you can adapt to it. It's not just your tasks that are being disrupted, it's the deeper structures of identity and meaning that you have built your life around.
Most of us have woven our sense of value, purpose, and belonging into what we do and how well we do it. Work brings meaning to our lives. For the first time in history, you have the opportunity to reflect on what it means to be human beyond the work you do.
This session is not a panel of experts with the answers. This is a structured dialogue for people whose work is changing significantly and who are willing to think out loud about what that means for who they are becoming.
We will move through pair conversation, solo reflection, and small group dialogue using questions that don't have clean answers. Bring your curiosity, come ready to explore the unknown.
