​Arrive & Settle In (20 mins) Arrive, settle in and get to know the people around you.

​The 10 (45–60 mins) 10 minute 1-to-1 conversations, one after another. Share what you're working on or what you're looking for. Get feedback, swap perspectives, make a genuine connection.

​Open Floor (30 mins) Take 2–3 minutes to share a project, idea or challenge with the room.
