概要
グローバルにおいて、証券のトークン化が急速に進展しております。米国では、Broadridge社の分散台帳レポ（DLR）プラットフォームを通じて日次3,500億ドル超の取引が行われており、最も成功した実用事例として注目されています。また、DTCも証券トークン化への取り組みを進めており、RWAのトークン化が加速しています。
一方、日本国内においても、金融機関が積極的に証券のトークン化を検討しており、トークン化証券は国家的なアジェンダとなっています。日本国債のオンチェーン化やレポ取引の高度化に向けた具体的な検討も進み始めています。

Introduction
Globally, the tokenization of securities is advancing rapidly. In the United States, Broadridge’s DLR platform processes over $350 billion in transactions and stands as a leading use case for tokenized U.S. Treasuries and on-chain repo trading. DTCC is also accelerating its initiatives, further driving momentum in RWA.
In Japan, the Minister of Finance has urged financial institutions to explore securities tokenization, positioning it as a national policy priority. However, concrete use cases remain at an early stage. These include integration with global infrastructure, on-chaining Japanese Government Bonds for collateral efficiency, and enabling intraday repo.
This conference brings together leading voices in tokenized securities from both global and Japanese markets. Broadridge, a major operator of on-chain U.S. Treasury repo, and Next Finance Tech, a domestic provider of node operation and staking infrastructure, will share their expertise and insights.
