The Human Side of AI Filmmaking
The Human Side of AI Filmmaking
The films. The people. The choices behind the image.
What makes a film human when AI becomes part of how it is made?
During the 12th Asian World Film Festival, RR brings together filmmakers and industry voices for a curated screening of AI short films, followed by a conversation about the human choices behind the work.
From shaping performances to building cinematic worlds, the discussion explores how filmmakers maintain their voice and creative control as production methods evolve—and what storytelling, authorship, and collaboration mean when AI becomes part of the process.
Presented by RR / SHÙ, co-hosted with GMI Cloud, in collaboration with Asian World Film Festival, with AI on the LOT as Community Partner.
