In a world where so many of us are taught to wait for someone else to choose us, complete us, validate us, or adore us, it’s easy to forget that the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one you build with yourself. Self‑Love Day is celebrated annually on February 13th.It was founded in 2008 by Christine Arylo as a day to shift the focus away from external validation and toward the relationship we build with ourselves.
