Munimuni Sessions: A Cozy Journaling & Reflection Session for Filipino American History Month With Cambio & Co.
Slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your roots this FilAm History Month (FAHM).
You’re invited to Munimuni Sessions, a virtual community gathering that's part journalling session, part reflection circle.
Together we’ll explore our history, heritage, and what it means to be part of the Filipinx/a/o diaspora.
We’ll begin with gentle prompts our digital zine (more info below 👇🏽), spend time creating and journaling on our own, and then come back together to share what surfaced in community.
Know History, Know Self: A Free Resource for FAHM
We’ve created a special digital activity book for FAHM—a beautifully designed PDF full of journaling prompts, reflections, and cultural touchstones—to guide you through our time together.
Inside, you’ll find prompts to spark reflection, space to jot down your thoughts, and stories to help us connect back to our history and heritage.
RSVP for the event and we'll email you a copy. Print it out or keep it digital. Either way, bring a copy with you to the session.
Want it right away? Download the zine here.
Is this event for you? It is if:
You’re searching for meaningful ways to reconnect with your Filipino heritage.
You’re craving a community of values-aligned Pin@ys.

You’re feeling overwhelmed, angry, sad (or all of the above) and need a soft space to land. We gotchu ❤️
Come as you are. No "perfect Filipinos" allowed here.
Just bring your curiosity, a physical or digital copy of your zine, and a warm cup of tsaa (tea) or kape (coffee). The rest is taken care of 🩷
