AI EDITING HACKATHON

​AI EDITING HACKATHON – This Friday! Team, this Friday we're doing something different. One video, 3 hours, and one rule: use AI to edit it as smartly and as fast as you can.

​Date & time: Friday, 9th October, 2026

​How it works • Everyone gets the same 30-60 sec raw video and the same brief at the start. • You have 3 hours to edit it. This is a solo challenge. • You can use ANY AI tools you like (editing, captions, audio cleanup, b-roll, music, upscaling, anything). • Submit your final video + a short 3-line note: which AI tools you used and where they saved you the most time.

​Judging A panel will judge on: • Final video quality – 40 • Creative and smart use of AI – 25 • Following the brief – 20 • Workflow efficiency – 15

​1st: ₹5,000

​2nd: ₹3,000

​3rd: ₹2,000

​Why we're doing this AI is changing how fast we can edit. This is a fun way to find out what actually works, and everyone will share their tricks at the end so the whole team gets better.

​Before Friday • Set up your AI tool accounts in advance (Specially Claude, Hyperframes & Wispr Flow) • Make sure your laptop and software are ready. • Don't try to find out the brief. It's a surprise
