Being a designer in 2026 is a strange place to be. Everyone has opinions about everything. But nobody has figured it out.
The senior designers haven't. The ones switching to the product teams haven't. The ones joining the market after doing a course definitely haven't. We're all just making decisions with incomplete information and hoping something will work!
That's what Unfiltered is about. This is not another panel or seminar. No expert is going to walk in and fix the confusion. There's no roadmap we've been hiding from you.
But there's something in knowing that the person sitting next to you is just as lost — and still figuring it out anyway. That's what this room is for. We talk, we share, and maybe we leave with a little less weight on our shoulders.

Asif Shahid – Senior Designer, Qantas, Australia · Co-founder, UX Bangladesh
20+ years across health, finance, retail, and aviation, most recently designing for travel agents across time zones at Qantas. He's done the research, run the workshops, and still walks into some meetings with more questions than answers.
Sashoto Seeam – Principal Designer, LifeData · USA
10+ years across design systems, product management, and research. Has led global teams and launched products at scale, and has mentored enough designers to know that nobody has it all figured out.
Shad Iqbal – Lead Product Designer, 10 Minute School · Co-founder, UX Bangladesh
12+ years working at the intersection of UX strategy, product psychology, and design education. Has been pushing for better design thinking in Bangladesh long before it was a talking point.
