Building COherence (Planning Meeting #2)

​COhere is happening again in October 2026, and this is where the weaving begins. Join us in Boulder for the next planning meeting as we bring together organizational leaders to help shape this year’s festival.

We will reach clarity on this year's theme(s), determine the overall structure and cadence for the 10 days, and prepare to start inviting organizers/event hosts into co-creation.

​Expect a lively, collaborative evening with food to share. We will break out into organizing teams and clarify project management responsibilities so the work ahead feels clear, activated, and collectively held. If you want a hand in co-creating COhere from the ground up, we would love to have you in the room.
