​Join us as we blend gentle movement and fresh flowers 🌸

​We’ll start with a grounding 30 minute yoga flow to stretch, unwind, and reconnect, then ease into a hands-on bouquet-making experience where you can create something beautiful to take home.

​Feel free to bring your own vase, jar, or bottle if there’s something special you’d like to arrange your flowers in, we’ll have some available too. No experience needed...just come ready to breathe, bloom, and enjoy yourself 💐✨
