​We've spent years trying to prove impact and the metrics we've used to do it don't always hold up. We'll debate what Solutions should actually be measured on, what those metrics would change about how the org operates, and what it takes to defend them.

​SolutionExec roundtables are private, invite-only conversations for Solutions leaders.

​The Format

​Each session runs for 60 minutes on Zoom. We keep the room small enough that every person in it has to contribute, large enough to get a real range of perspectives. A facilitator from inside the SolutionExec network keeps the conversation moving.

Who Qualifies

​These sessions are for Solutions leaders operating at the Director level and above. VPs of Solutions Engineering, Heads of Solutions Consulting, Directors running large enterprise teams, and equivalent titles. If you're a manager or IC, this particular program isn't the right fit right now.

​Seats are limited and every application is reviewed. Once accepted, you're committing to attend.
