​Kitty Mayo is the CEO of Project Europe, a platform backing the most ambitious under-25 technical founders across the continent. Prior to founding Project Europe, she spent six years at Entrepreneurs First, leading programmes that helped hundreds of founders form companies and raise early capital. She has a background spanning software engineering, teaching, and architecture, and has dedicated her career to building institutions that enable young people to realise transformational ambitions.
